Water-Jet Cutting

We’ve invested in a completely new CNC cutting solution from MultiCam using non-abrasive “water only“ system. This machine gives us the capability to cut shapes with a fast turnaround without adding tooling. We currently cut foam in most densities, plastic materials, and rubber sheets.

Routing

Our router gives us the ability to make finished quality recess cuts and contour cuts. This machine offers a variety of cutting bits to route foam materials with many unique features including wordage and patterns.

Laminating

We laminate PSA’s to foam and plastics prior to cutting which offers quick assembly. Acrylic and Rubber-based PSA’s are available.

Assembly

We utilize several types of adhesive tapes for assembly and installation. Backings are easy to peel and stick for fast placement to paper-board and plastic.

Case Inserts

We cut and assemble XLPE, PE and BPE materials for case inserts used in device transport.

Materials

We fabricate a variety of foams but mostly XLPE, PE, EVA, EPE and EPP.
